Mobile Veterinary Clinic

This RFP is to provide one Mobile Veterinary Clinic to support small animal response operations during  large scale incidents or disasters.

Sealed proposals shall be submitted on standard 8 1/2" x 11" paper. One (1) original and four (4) copies of the Proposal shall be supplied. Only one Proposal may be submitted by each individual Proposer. Each Proposal shall be labeled on the outside to clearly indicate that it is in response to the Mobile Veterinary Clinic Request for Proposal. Proposals shall be submitted to:
