Together We Can Grow Better: Smart Growth for a Sustainable Connecticut Capitol Region examines sustainable development within the context of the Capitol Region's market and current regulatory framework as well as a site level analysis of four sites in the Capitol Region towns of Bloomfield, Manchester, South Windsor and Tolland.  The report also makes recommendations for regional and state level policy on sustainable development.
