Sustainable Visions
Connecticut Municipalities are stepping to the forefrom on sustainability by leveraging innovative tools such as guidelines for sustainable design and development, community charrettes and other proactive planning methods to achieve economic competitiveness, environmental integrity and equitable opportunities for all the residents they need in town. This session presented two panels, one on Incentive Houisng Zones and one on the CRCOG/EPA Guidelines for Sustainable Design and Development who walked through some of those methods at the state, regional and municipal level.
