Per the State’s 2007 Homeland Security Strategy, the regional emergency preparedness documents (CREPC RED Plan and RESF Annexes) were standardized across all five (5) DEMHS regions. The RED Plan was revised into the Region 3 RESP (Regional Emergency Support Plan).
The draft RESP includes all RESF annexes as part of an all inclusive document. This draft document was developed and reviewed in conjunction with DEMHS and CRCOG planners, CREPC leadership, and CREPC RESF Chairpersons.
CREPC and the Region 3 Regional Emergency Planning Team must approve the draft document, and or revisions by December 31, 2009.
