Project Description |

Creation of a Regional Emergency Operations Center, consistent with designation as one of three Regional Coordination Centers for Area 3, by the State Department of Emergency Management and Homeland Security. Funds shall be used to renovate the second floor (and any other areas of the building needed for ancillary work related to the renovations) of the Manchester Public Works Building. |
